Fabrication

SEC has:

• 3 - 18x20 SHD manipulators equipped with tandem Lincoln Power Wave 1000amp sub arc.
• 1 - 18x30 XHD manipulator with tandem Lincoln Power Wave 1000 amp sub-arc with capability of running 5/32 of sub-arc tandem at 30 plus pounds of weld deposited an hour.
• 2 – 50 ton bridge cranes with 27 feet to hook height.
• 4 – 10 ton bridge cranes.
• 3 – 5 ton bridge cranes.

SEC can handle all your welding needs - carbon, stainless, duplex inconel overlay, and many more types of steel.

• 16 Lincoln Invertec V450-Pro with wire feeder running flux core up to 1/16”.
• 4 Lincoln 600 DC-600.
• 2 LN-8 with 5/32 squirt guns (hand held sub-arc).
• 2 whirly wire sub-arc.
• 10 Miller XMT 350.
• Gougers from 450 amp up to 1500 amps.

SEC Burning Equipment.

• Whirly burner with hillside cutting up to 18” thick.
• Oxy-fuel pentagraph, cutting 4” thick above 8’x40’ table.
• Plas-arc cutting machines up to 2” thick.
